Service access is generally provided through a subscribing employer, school or authorized organization. Users must use valid credentials, follow their organization’s rules and not disclose their credentials to others. Availability of particular modules depends on the subscription, configuration and release.

5. Availability and changes

6. Subscriptions and payments
Organization-level subscriptions, pricing, billing and cancellation are governed by the applicable order or agreement. Mobile app users should not assume individual in-app purchases are available.
7. Intellectual property
EN-Time HR, its software, site content and related materials are owned by or licensed to Electrohelps. Customer records remain subject to the applicable customer agreement and law. No rights are granted except those reasonably necessary for authorized use.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited for material misuse, security incidents, nonpayment under the customer agreement or legal requirements. Data return, retention and deletion after termination are subject to agreed terms and applicable law.
