Submit a request
You can request access, correction, deletion, an explanation of processing or raise a privacy concern, subject to applicable law and the controller/processor relationship. Email [email protected] with the subject "EN-Time HR Privacy Request".
What to include
- The account email associated with EN-Time HR.
- Your organization or school, if relevant.
- The type of request and a brief description.
- A safe means to contact you. Do not send passwords, national ID scans or bank details in an ordinary email.
Handling your request
We may verify identity and, for customer-controlled records, coordinate with the employer or school. We aim to respond within the period required by applicable law and our contractual obligations. Relevant privacy or grievance contact details, including a designated officer where required, must be published after appointment and verification.
