Get assistance
For login problems, attendance synchronization, access permissions, payroll displays, visitor check-in or technical issues, contact [email protected] . Include your organization, app platform (Android/iOS/web), app version and a clear description of the issue.
Before contacting support
- If your employer or school manages your account, contact its authorized HR or IT administrator for account provisioning and attendance corrections.
- Never share a password, OTP, payroll export, bank account or identification document in an initial unencrypted support email.
- For suspected privacy incidents, use Privacy Requests .
- For account removal use Account Deletion .
App review
App reviewers should receive functional demo accounts separately through the store console review notes. Public support pages must not expose reviewer passwords.
